All items purchased from JT Ultra are despatched through Australia Post or private couriers. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Unfortunately we do not provide warranties outside that of the manufacturer's own warranty unless it is specified. In terms of incorrect goods ordered/ supplied, goods have to be returned within 7 days (with prove of purchase) upon receiving of the goods provided the goods are still in brand new/ resalable condition.We ensure that goods dispatched are in brand new and excellent condition. Any goods that are damaged or lost on transit are beyond our responsibility. Fragile and higher valued items will include insurance and recorded delivery as part of our shipping plans. This will allow us to make any claims when appropriate.
